Processing -Once you have made a payment with your credit card through PayPal or credit card, your order is placed in Pending Status. Someone from Go2ugg.com will review your order and verify that your credit card information is vali d and that the shipping address you provided. Every client will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm all the information correctly. Once your order has been verified by someone at Go2ugg.com your order will be elevated to the next status and prepare the package for the shipment. This process takes 2-4 business days.
Charged - We have processed and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will updat e the status of your order to " Shipped" ,this will only take 12-24 hours.
Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number. If you are located in the United States you can track your package at http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp. If you are located elsewhere, then it is your country's national carrier. In rare occasion shipping can take up to 12 business days to arrive. However in most cases it will take 5-14 full business days. In some regions you should allow additional delivery time due to customs delays.
If your order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, please contact Customer service.
All packages are fully insured and will require your signature upon delivery. If you are not home when the package is delivered, your Postal service will leave a pick up notice.
The parcel is sent by STANDARD FLAT SHIPPING by EMS you should pay attention on your mail box because the mail service may leave a notice for you to claim the parcel from your local postal office.
If we determine that your shipment is outside of our estimated delivery time frame, we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier in order to locate it. Please allow up to 20 business days for the trace to be completed once you alert us of the issue. If the package can be located, it will be delivered to you. If the shipper is not able to locate the original shipment, we will either send a replacement, or issue a refund. As soon as the trace is complete, we will send you a notification via email.
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK and many international locations. Estimated shipping costs can be calculated from the shopping cart.
Return & Exchange policy
We are committed to your complete satisfaction.Before easy exchange & return goods,you must contact us before sending items back,we will provide you the return address. All items returned must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. We will return you payment in three days after getting the return goods.Please noted that all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get our feedback!
We replace all damaged goods free of charge. Non Damaged items can be returned, in the original new condition, within 30 days of purchase at the buyer's expense for a refund of item cost minus a 10% restocking fe e. Shipping and handling is not refunded. There are no returns on Clearance Items. There are no returns on international orders. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to post.
